Cacao has been around as an ancient medicine for thousands of years. its origins lie within tropical climates such as Guatemala, Ecuador, Mexico and Peru. It was revered by the Mayans and Aztecs being the centre piece of many rituals, events, feasts and celebrations. Cacao has been said to be the connecter of humanity to Mother Gaia herself bringing harmony to the planet. Whenever this harmony is threatened a prophecy says that cacao will emerge out of the jungle and restore the heart to all.

Cacao is a non-psychoactive plant medicine, superfood and amazing spiritual guide. It helps with serotonin, dopamine and naturally releases the bliss molecule - Anandamide. In a ritual setting this helps with vulnerability, natural feelings of happiness, bliss and love. Connecting the group in a heart centred way, and bringing in unconditional love. ​

I bring the cacao blessed and flavoured based on the event or theme to add extra uniqueness to the experience. Offer a guided blessing, prayer and intention setting for people to drop in. We sip the cacao together as a group taking time to sit with the medicine and harmonize with each others hearts!
